SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY COMING UP ON NOVEMBER 27TH

FOLKS, FOOD AND FUN: ALL-IN-ONE LIMO

Thanksgiving for us has always been exciting, memorable and endlessly fun. This fall New York will re-enter sharing, getting together and cherishing in-person relationships. We are different after the pandemic and Windsor Limo is here to curate an intimate and even more memorable Thanksgiving. We render safe, uber-luxurious joyriding experiences for today’s New Yorkers. Let us help curate just about anything that lightens up your Thanksgiving.

Luckily, Beacon is just an hour drive from Manhattan offering a refreshing vibe. The art and recreation scene at Beacon, make it an absolute haven for Manhattanites, Brooklynites and other New Yorkers looking for a change of pace. Here are a few recommendations for the perfect Thanksgiving Beacon Escape. Please inquire about special Thanksgiving requests on info@windsor-limo.com

CAMPING OUT. MINNEWASKA STATE PARK PRESERVE

The State Park Preserve is nestled on the Shawangunk Mountain Ridge 2000 feet above sea level encompassed by rocky terrain. The Park houses pristine waterfalls, three crystalline lakes, hardwood forests, cliffs and streams cutting into beautiful views.

Our favourite things to do here include:

Camping reservations at the Grand Teton Climbers’ Ranch, Hueco Rock Ranch and Rumney Rattlesnake Campground.

Trekking on the Gertrude's Nose Trail, Lake Minnewaska Loop Trail and Acoustic Falls Connection Trail is awesome too.

ART DISTRICT. DIA: BEACON

Día: Beacon, Riggio Galleries is the home to distinguished art collections from the 1960s to the present. It features works of some of the most significant artists of the last half-century.

The must-see works here include:

Just opened: Three collection works by Joan Jonas, a founding figure of the 60’s & 70’s video and performance art movement.

Closing Soon: Two kinetic light sculptures by Lucy Raven and other works of note-worthy long-term artists.

MIGRATING INSTALLATIONS. MARION ROYAEL GALLERY

The Royael Gallery showcases the work of emerging and mid-career artists through a scheduled series of Directed Migrating Installations. The gallery is a forum for exploring the fundamental ideas and concepts in contemporary art as they relate to prevailing day to day lives.

Upcoming migrating installation is from the Estate of Bill Huebbe and Hy Suchman - "CANDELABRA; Things that carry the light of the world" comprising works of 12 represented artists and 7 guest artists.

HIKE THE HUDSON VALLEY. MOUNT BEACON

The view of Beacon overlooking the Hudson Valley from Mt. Beacon is absolutely breathtaking. When you peel your eyes away from the view, you’d see communication towers marking North Beacon Mountain and off to the right teeny-tiny tower marking South Beacon Mountain. Let your historical curiosity be tickled by the ruins of old casinos and inline railway systems. Plus, a hike through the newly renovated fire tower is the perfect ending to your Thanksgiving Beacon Escapade.

SPRINT INTO FALL BY CHOOSING WINDSOR LIMOS

A Thanksgiving Escapade should be just that – an escapade, from our urban lives. For most New Yorkers, driving is amongst the most anxious of daily errands. When it's time for a Thanksgiving escape out of the city, let our chauffeurs give you the best.

Sprint into fall with our Mercedes- Benz Sprinter Vans for entourages that just want to sit back, relax and make it all about THANKSGIVING!
